Earl Grey

Earl Grey is perhaps the most iconic flavored tea in the world, and for good reason, the marriage of bold black tea and fragrant bergamot is one of those rare combinations that feels both timeless and endlessly satisfying. Our version is built on a foundation of Ceylon OP black tea, chosen for its bright, malty character and clean finish, then blended with bergamot essential oil and scattered with blue cornflowers that lend a gentle floral note and a touch of visual elegance to the loose leaf. The result is a cup that honors the classic while feeling genuinely crafted rather than simply assembled.

On the palate, a bright citrus note from the bergamot opens things up with a distinctive floral lift, fragrant and aromatic without being perfumed, before the malt and body of the Ceylon tea come through with a satisfying depth. The finish carries a pleasant astringency that gives the cup its structure, balanced by a soft, lingering orange and floral sweetness. Wonderful on its own, it also takes beautifully to a splash of milk and a touch of sugar for those who prefer their Earl Grey in the classic style. Brew at 195°F for five to ten minutes using about 2.5g per 12oz for the best results.
